What is Biodanza?
Biodanza is an uplifting practice of movement and connection that invites you to rediscover your vitality, express yourself freely, and deepen your relationships. It combines music, dance, and human connection in a warm and welcoming environment, no experience or choreography needed.
About Me
Hi, I'm Alana O'Donnell, a Biodanza facilitator-trainee based in Ottawa, currently training under the supervision of The Biodanza School of Montreal and Southwestern Quebec. I’m passionate about creating safe, expressive spaces where everyone is welcome to reconnect with joy, trust, and community through movement. Whether you’re new to Biodanza or curious to explore, I’m here to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and connection.

I invite you to reconnect with the life that lives within you; the natural sense of aliveness, vitality, and presence that is felt before we think about who we are or tell stories about ourselves.
Each class invites you to explore joy, presence, and playful self-expression in a group space. Connect with yourself, nurture your vitality, and enjoy meaningful connection with others.

Note: On the fourth week of each month, we meet on Thursday instead, due to room availability.

What It Costs
Your first-ever class is always free or by contribution
$20 per class (drop-in)
$45 for a 3-class package
After the 3-pack: continue at $20 per class
